6th Annual R2R — Sheltering Victims of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

This is our 6th Annual Realtor-to-Realtor (R2R) networking fundraiser and each year we aim to deliver a memorable evening that benefits our communities. For 2018, the SALEM GOLF CLUB IN NORTH SALEM, NY has been chosen to accommodate over 200 expected leaders in the real estate profession. Representatives from real estate firms in the Hudson Valley NY, Greater Danbury, and surrounding areas are encouraged to attend.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 100% of funds raised for R2R 2018 will go to benefit DOMESTIC VIOLENCE victims within our communities.

Hope’s Door was founded in 1980 as the Northern Westchester Women’s Shelter, eventually changing its name to Hope’s Door in 2009. The organization maintains a 16-bed shelter and offers one-on-one intervention, counseling, support groups, legal advocacy and services to help children living with violence at home and parents dealing with domestic abuse. Hope’s Door is recognized by the IRS as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charity. Grace Smith House is a private not-for-profit (501 (c) (3) non-profit charity) domestic violence agency, providing both residential and non-residential services to victims of domestic violence and their children. WCOGD serves the needs of individuals and families in the Northern Fairfield and Southern Litchfield County communities of Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, Kent, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, Roxbury, Sherman, and Washington.
