Joel Hoysradt Awarded for Service and Safety

Van Operator of the Month  — Award In Recognition for Outstanding Performance in Service and Safety

It is our great pleasure to share with you that Clancy Relocation and Logistics Joel Hoysradt has been selected as a “Van Operator of the Month” by United Van Lines.

Joel has demonstrated “outstanding performance in service and safety” while driving over 50,000 miles performing both local moving and long distance moves across the country.

Thousands of Van Operators around the United States compete for this award yet only few qualify. Joel has received the Honorable Mention for this award several times in the past 12 months.

Joel has been exceeding Clancy customer expectations and delivering best in class value to the people and organizations we serve for over 20 years. His career with Clancy started as a mover in the early 90’s and quickly rose through the ranks as a local driver, supervisor and warehouse manager. Joel has been running the East Coast in his current position as a full-service van operator for the last several years. He’s moved 45 families in the last 12 months and has a PERFECT claims liability of 0%, a PERFECT Safety Performance Rating of 51461 and a customer satisfaction score of 93.02%. Joel’s dedication to Safety and Quality is evident in everything he does and we’re all proud to have him on our team.   Long-time Clancy MVP Leslie Seals, when informed Joel won the award, exclaimed, “Good!  It’s about time!”  Leslie then shared how he and Joel have been working together since Joel was “just a kid” new to the moving and storage industry.

There’s a good reason why everyone on the Clancy team is proud of Joel’s accomplishment, guidelines are strict for United Van Lines Van Operator of the Month – Excellent Performance Award. To qualify, a Van Operator must meet minimum statistical criteria. These criteria are designed to encompass all areas of Van Operator performance, which include customer service, safety and cargo claims prevention, good communications, etc. A perfect score of 100 in safety, reaching a target number of miles logged and having a very low claims liability are some of the requirements. Runners-up and Winners each receive a cash prize, recognition for being a top-rated Van Operator, and of course the bragging rights to go with it.

Congratulations Joel!
