Congrats to our Award Winning Move Coordinators!
Patterson, NY — United Van Lines has honored 10 individuals with the annual Heart of Quality award, which was created to recognize move coordinators throughout the van line who provide customers with exceptional service.
An integral part of the moving process, it is the move coordinator’s role to serve as a single point of contact for the customer and all service providers throughout the entire move, so that the relocation experience is successful from the preparation through the final delivery stages.
The recognition acknowledges excellent individual performance as measured by United’s customers on its post-move survey.
Winners and honorable mention recipients were chosen within agency size categories in the United system for their performance during 2016. Honorees were chosen from move coordinators at more than 400 domestic United Van Lines agencies.

“Heart of Quality” is the Highest Honor
With more than 2,000 coordinators in the agency system, this is certainly the highest honor. Only one award winner and runner-up are awarded for each size category. To qualify for the HoQ award each nominee must meet with a minimum number of customer feedback survey returns and a median score of at least 4.43. Notably, Jennifer Storms earned a 4.8813478 and DOMINATED the category! Please join us in congratulating Jen and Lisa on their accomplishment!
