  • How do you define an ideal customer experience?
    An ideal customer experience is being available every step of their move. Being a customer advocate at any time of the day to ensure they know someone is there.
  • What do you do every day to ensure an awesome customer experience?
    Relocating is stressful, there are so many components to it. By putting yourself in the shoes of the customer and showing compassion, you earn their trust. In addition, having an open form of communication and keeping them updated.
  • What do you like most about your occupation?
    I love what I do because every customer is different. There is always something new you can learn as you go.
  • What is your proudest professional achievement to date?
    My proudest achievement is my growth through the company. I started as a receptionist and quickly moved to a Household Coordinator, Claims adjuster, manager of Go Minis, Manager of Self Storage and now my most recent role Commercial Coordinator for our Eagle Rigging & Transport division. In our Company’s mission statement, the opening statement reads “To hire and promote great people that care about safety and quality”. I work to achieve this every day and work to keep growing myself.
