    The ideal customer experience is providing accurate and positive knowledge in a timely matter. Making sure the customer feels satisfied that we will be able to handle their delivery or storage of items.

    Always be kind and have a positive attitude when speaking with the customer. You want to ensure that the customer will hang up the phone or send an email with full confidence in our company.

    I genuinely enjoy helping people and for me to be able to help with the process of creating beautiful hotels is amazing.

    When my colleagues and I worked together to figure out floor plans that were very hard to decipher.
