  • How do you define an ideal customer experience?
    The ideal customer experience is based on trust, honesty and communication. Those three elements are the core to a successful move.
  • What do you do every day to ensure an awesome customer experience?
    I treat every move as if it were the only one and focus my full attention on their needs when we communicate. I exhaust every possible option to make them happy. I always keep in mind, treat the customer how you want to be treated.
  • What do you like most about your occupation?
    I like being a problem solver and working with the people on our team to get the job done. I am proud to help grow the company in any way I can and I hold a special place for the people who always come through for the team in the clutch. They know who they are!
  • What is your proudest professional achievement to date?
    Winning HOQ/Honorable Mention a total of 8 times. Definitely does not happen by accident, but still thrilling every time it does. The long hours and challenging days make it worth it. I also strongly value the countless relationships and partnerships I have made and strive to maintain with our agency family from around the country. I firmly believe that together we are better.
