  • How do you define an ideal customer experience?
    Moving is stressful and a lot of times you can hear it in the customer’s voice. Being there to comfort the customer and reassuring that they are in great hands is always my top priority.
  • What do you do every day to ensure an awesome customer experience?
    I listen to what the customer has to say and try to help in every aspect I can! I want to have every customer hang up happy and have faith in the company they are choosing.
  • What do you like most about your occupation?
    Besides assisting with customer service, I handle all of our vehicles. I take care of titling, registration, insurance, etc. I love the fact that every day is different, and you never know what you are going to do next.
  • What’s your proudest professional achievement to date?
    My proudest achievement has to be receiving happy customer feedback. It makes me feel great when a customer has a great experience that started with the first phone call.

    Because we care! We care about every fine detail during planning. We care about every antique that has been in your family for 100 years. We care when we place every box in each desired room. We care even after the move takes place!
