    The customer feels that the move couldn’t have gone any smoother and our team was there to support and communicate with them 24/7 throughout the process.

    We learn from our mistakes. We celebrate every happy customer, we share the positive feedback across the Enterprise and we recognize/reward the coworkers that do the best job.

    Growing and diversifying the business “the old fashioned way”….Working as a team toward a common goal to deliver best in class value, exceed customer’s expectations, earn their referral and repeat business.
  • What is your proudest professional achievement to date?
    Back to back President Quality Awards (PQA) for CMS and JCM in 2017 and 2018 was an amazing accomplishment. The only thing to Trump back to back would be simultaneous PQA’s for both companies.
