    I define an ideal customer experience as one where the customer is satisfied with our services that they become on advocate, creating referral and profitable growth for our company.
  • What do you do every day to ensure an awesome customer experience?
    Something I try to do every day is look at ways to develop and be better than the previous day. Never stop improving. By doing so I ensure our customers experience is a positive one.
  • What do you like most about your occupation?
    The things I like most about my occupation are the diversity presented every day and work-life balance within the job.
  • What is your proudest professional achievement to date?
    My proudest moment as a professional was when I found out that we won the President’s Choice Award for being the best company in our class in the nation and my small role in achieving that goal and realizing what that meant for the overall growth of the company.
