Jennifer Storms Earns Prestigious “2012 Heart of Quality” Award
The Heart of Quality Award was established in 2005 by Unigroup (the parent company of United Van Lines of which we are a member) to recognize the “unsung heroes” behind every successful move – the move coordinator.
There are several hundred move coordinators across the United States at different moving companies that compete for the prestigious award each year!
The 2012 winners provided customers with exceptional service, earning their confidence and loyalty, as evidenced in their scores on the Customer Survey.
This year’s award winner was chosen based on the Customer Survey scores for the past 12 months of cumulative data, January 1, 2011 – December 31, 2011.
To be eligible to win, Move Coordinator’s are judged on their ability to:
- Keep the customer informed and provide timely follow up throughout the move
- Be available to assist the customer during the move
- Coordinate the details of a customer’s move
More about the important role of a Move Coordinator…
An integral part of the moving process, the move coordinator’s role is to serve as an advocate for the relocating customer. In addition, the move coordinator serves as a single point of contact for the customer and all service providers throughout the entire move, so that the relocation experience is successful from the preparation through the final delivery stages. Moving companies need to rely on their move coordinators to manage the unique moving needs of each customer.

The top score for each category is a “5” (five). If at any time you feel the service you have received is not a “5″ please contact your Move Coordinator immediately so that we may take every step necessary to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your relocation process.
